We’re all animal lovers here at HC (have you seen this video of baby otters?), so of course we can’t help but squee when we see pictures of celebrities and their adorable pets. We picked a few of our favorite celeb/pet pairings to share with you. Here are nine celebrities with their fluffy companions!
1. Ryan Gosling and George
What’s cuter than Ryan Gosling? Ryan Gosling and his adorable dog. His lovable 13-year-old dog, George, is his constant companion, appearing in pictures and even sometimes on talk shows alongside Ryan.
2. Zayn Malik, Perrie Edwards and Prada
One Direction member Zayn and his fiancé, Perrie from girl group Little Mix, unveiled the newest member of their family on Instagram in early November. Perrie also uploaded a short Vine of herself playing with the adorable fluffy kitten.
3. Taylor Swift and Meredith
Meredith, Taylor’s adorable Scottish Fold cat, has appeared in many of Taylor’s Twitter pictures and YouTube videos. Taylor bought Meredith on Halloween in 2011 and named her after the main character of Grey’s Anatomy.
4. Justin Bieber and OB Mally
Remember this guy? Back in March, Justin’s pet Capuchin monkey was seized by German officials when he tried to bring him into the country on his tour. As Justin has still failed to fill out the right paperwork, Mally resides at a wildlife refuge in northern Germany – but Mally was adored by Justin and his fans for the short time he lived with the celeb.
5. Kendall Jenner and Blu
In October, Kendall Jenner received a Great Dane puppy for her 18th birthday. Her brother, Rob Kardashian, gifted her the adorable pup, who she named Blu.
6. Katy Perry and Kitty Purry
Kitty Purry is none other than Katy Perry’s well-known cat companion. She made a cameo in Katy’s “I Kissed a Girl” music video and is considered to be Katy’s mascot by many of her fans.
7. Lauren Conrad, Fitz and Chloe
If you follow Lauren on Instagram, you’re already very familiar with her beloved dogs, Chloe and Fitz. Lauren adopted both of the adorable dogs from shelters.
8. Jessica Biel and Tina
Though she has Justin Timberlake, sometimes Jessica Biel’s pit bull Tina seems to be her true companion. Tina appears in multiple Instagrams of Jessica’s – mostly on Tuesdays with the hashtag #TuesdayswithTina.
9. Cee Lo Green and Purrfect
Cee Lo Green’s fluffy white cat practically became the fifth member of the judge panel on The Voice as he periodically appeared on Cee Lo’s lap in promos. In an interview, Cee Lo said that Purrfect had 40,000 Twitter followers and joked that she was tweeting from an “iPawd.”
