Apparently, Taco Bell Is Opening A Hotel & Resort Called ‘The Bell’ This Summer

I thought I’ve seen and heard it all until I learned that Taco Bell is opening a hotel and resort. No, I’m not joking. The fast-food chain announced on Thursday that The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort will open in Palm Springs, Calif, this summer for a limited time, and it pretty much promises to be every taco lovers and burrito enthusiasts dream come true.

The Bell stands to be the biggest expression of the Taco Bell lifestyle to date. It will be fun, colorful, flavorful and filled with more than what our fans might expect,” said Taco Bell’s Chief Global Brand Officer Marisa Thalberg in a press release. “Also, just like some of our most sought-after food innovation, this hotel brings something entirely new for lucky fans to experience and enjoy.”

The immersive experience is designed to celebrate and spoil the brands number one fans. It will feature some awesome Taco Bell swag, including pool floats, fluffy bathrobes, towels, and of course, their signature food. Rather than a typical fast food, window service, Taco Bell plans to combine their menu items into the typical hotel amenities like breakfast, room service, or poolside cocktails. There’s even a twist to the menu items, and it will include “new menu surprises only available at the hotel,” according to Taco Bell.

The resort even has a salon that will offer “Taco Bell-inspired nail art, fades, and a braid bar,” according to the press release. Of course, there will also be a fully-stocked gift shop filled with Taco Bell apparel.

Reservations for The Bell begin in June, and the immersive experience will be open on August 9. You do have to be 18 years or older to enjoy. Note, though, reservations are first come, first serve basis, so act fast!
