17 Photos of Boston Standing Strong

Boston is strong. This has been proven more than ever these past few days after the terrible end to the 117th Boston Marathon. And as the media has informed the world of the saddening event, we have seen heroes rise up, a city band together, and an overwhelming amount of support from people across the nation and across the world. People of all ages and ethnicities have shown their love to those who lost their lives, those who were injured, and the heroes who came to the rescue. But even through all the sadness, Boston prevails. So today, and for days to come, we take time to honor the runners, the victims, the heroes, and the city that remains Boston Strong.

Hannah is a senior studying journalism at Boston University.  Originally from Ohio, she loves the Ohio State Buckeyes but couldn’t be more thrilled to be living in the exciting city of Boston. When not staying busy with journalism or French classes, she can be found working out at the gym with the BU club gymnastics team, teaching swim lessons at the pool, and always drinking lots of coffee. As a member of BU’s Kappa Delta chapter, she loves being involved on campus and getting to know as many people as she can. She is so happy to have a chance to work with the Her Campus team, and she can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her!
