After an insanely adorable Christmas together, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have continued spreading holiday cheer by spending an afternoon visiting patients at the Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, California.
The visit was part of a collaboration with the Happy Hippie Foundation, an organization started by Miley that aims to fight injustices facing vulnerable populations such as homeless youth and LGBTQ youth. The couple posed for selfies and chatted with patients, and Miley even dressed the colorful, Happy Hippie part in a floral green dress and furry pink jacket. If the adorable Instagrams Miley posted to her account are any indication, it was an amazing experience for both the couple and the patients.
Miley captioned one of her ‘grams, “Thank you @radychildrens for your incredible dedication to bettering the lives and health of the beautiful youngins @liamhemsworth and I got to visit today!” According to the hospital’s Facebook post, the feeling was mutual. “Today we received a surprise special visit from a couple of people you might recognize! Thank you to Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and The Happy Hippie Foundation for bringing joy and laughter to our patients!”
