As expected, Beyoncé slayed the VMAs red carpet in angel wings, because what else? She had her entire Lemonade cast in tow, and damn did they KILL. IT.
Obviously, Blue Ivy was also in attendance, and she just wasn’t feeling it—before the show even began. Because she is the daughter of a queen, she didn’t hesitate to let her displeasure be known. As mom Beyoncé stopped for photos on the red carpet, Blue Ivy pulled back and basically refused to pose. Why? Because she didn’t appreciate having photogs shouting her way and flashing bulbs in her face.
Per Blue’s very adamant request, Bey led the gold-clad princess off the red carpet. We love a girl who knows what she wants.
