5 Times JoJo’s Guys Were Like College Freshmen at Their First Party

We’ve been waiting a LONG time for the premiere of JoJo Fletcher’s season of The Bachelorette. And tonight, we got about as much as we could expect—lots of drinking, one steamy kiss (and one not-so-steamy one) and of course, some near-nudity. We’ve got our eyes on a few guys already, but the rest…? Well, let’s just say their behavior was a little less than mature. In fact, these “men” pretty much acted like college freshman at their first ever party. Here’s the proof:

1. Daniel’s Dive

It was clear that the alcohol Daniel had was a major player in his decision making process. Who hasn’t seen a guy try to impress the girl he’s after with a cool party trick?

2. Dude, Guess How Much I Drank

We’ve all been there: It’s the first big party of the school year, you start talking to a cute boy, and he tries to impress you by listing every alcoholic beverage he’s ever consumed. This clearly proves how old and mature he is.

3. Making an Entrance

What wannabe stud doesn’t walk into a party hoping all eyes will be on him? JoJo’s men, like any typical college guy, went to great lengths to make a first impression she’ll remember—for better or for worse. Maybe revealing that you’re not wearing any underwear isn’t the best move—just a hint for next time.

4. Chad Gets Jealous

Most guys would agree that they don’t want to see the girl they like talking to another man. In this situation, there’s nothing to do but prove that you are the more manly one in any way you can. Solution: Go around the party telling everyone you see how much manlier you are than your competition.

5. Damn Daniel

We can’t all be stand up comedians, right… ? Any freshman guy would try to make a girl laugh, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out—especially when you’ve had a little more to drink than you can handle. Daniel thought he could win over JoJo’s heart with his joke, but she seemed pretty over it. Should’ve dropped it when you still had the chance, buddy.
