Zayn Just Announced A New Song For The First Time In 2 Years

For all of the Zayn Malik stans out there — this one’s for you. Whether you’ve been scrolling on social media recently trying to decipher what Mailk has been teasing throughout the week, fans now have an answer as to the release date of Malik’s new single “Love Like This.” Malik has been dropping hints throughout the summer about potential new music on social media, teasing fans who have been waiting for new music for years.

Malik has been keeping low since the release of his last album, Nobody Is Listening, in 2021. While he has done some collaborations since then with singers like Ingrid Michaelson, and released a cover of Jimi Hendrix’s “Angel,” this would be the first time in two years that Malik has dropped solo music. Needless to say, fans can’t get enough of this next era and are dying to know more.

Fans predicted that Malik would be dropping new music soon.

In June, Malik first began to tease new music by deleting all of the posts on his Instagram account. Malik also changed his profile picture, giving fans a first glimpse into what this new era was going to look like. Malik also teased himself in the studio weeks prior to this, revealing that new music was coming soon.

Throughout the first week of July, Malik began posting different videos of himself on Instagram in preparation for the next era. The videos consisted of Malik driving a motorcycle, photos with a mysterious blonde woman, and Malik standing on the top of a rooftop.

“Love Like This” is the title of Malik’s new single.

On July 10, Malik finally confirmed the title of his first single in two years is “Love Like This” on his Instagram account. Malik posted a video doing spray painting, revealing the title of the song in pink and green paint. The song can also be heard in the background of the video, giving fans a first listen to Malik’s new single.

Malik also revealed that “Love Like This” will be released on July 21, so we can expect to see fans counting down the days until the song is released.

This song also marks a new era for Malik as it is his first single since signing with Mercury Records in June, signaling that this song could be the start of something bigger for Malik in the future.
