Vlog #8: MYSTERY workout!

This is a sponsored feature. All opinions are 100% from Her Campus.

I wasn’t sure what kind of workout to do today, so I decided to try something new… asking for YOUR suggestions! I consulted the Twittersphere, and asked what workout you guys wanted me to do! I got a lot of suggestions, but watch my vlog to see which one I chose…!

College Girl Tip of the Day: working out does not need to take up a huge chunk of your day! Today my workout was only 15 minutes long, but I really feel like I got a good workout! As long as the time you choose is used well (8-Minute Abs, anyone?!), you can always fit in some fitness! So whether you have to wake up 15 minutes earlier, or go to sleep 15 minutes later, all of us super busy college girls can get fit!

UPDATE: My mom (in the comments) pointed out a very good point… SAFETY!! I want to point out that it was only 6:30 at night when I did this stairs workout, so there were a ton of people walking around going home from work, and I also was in the safest part of the Boston Common. The stairs I used were right by the Statehouse, so I promise you I was being safe! Make sure that whatever stairs you choose are in a safe location, with people around, because we all need to be smart, HerCampusers!

Cassidy Quinn Brettler graduated from Emerson College in May. She's from Seattle, WA. As a major in Broadcast Journalism and Acting, Cassidy has done all kinds of things, including interning at NBC News in Los Angeles, anchoring and producing campus news shows, and even covering the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games! She was also the Merchandising Chair and PR/Social Media Chair of Alpha Epsilon Phi Beta Alpha Chapter, and is a huge fan of all sports. She's also a social media nerd, so if you can't find her outside jumping in puddles (like a true Seattle girl!), you can find her Tweeting from all over Boston. Since graduation, Cassidy's been searching for jobs, involving reporting, video blogging, and Tweeting - maybe even all at the same time...!
