College Girl Tip of the Day: don’t force yourself into workouts your body doesn’t want on any given day. If you’re feeling tired and stressed out, don’t force yourself to go on a run outside… save that to be yoga day! If you can, when mapping out your schedule for the week, choose the day(s) that look the busiest, and set those aside to be your yoga days!
