One week, people. We are just one week away from the release of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, and we don’t know how we’ve waited this long. Seriously, the waiting just goes on and on, and a week feels like an eternity at this point.
But Netflix feels your pain and has gifted you with a fresh trailer to tide you over until the pizza and episodes(!) get here. The trailer is largely made up of scenes we saw in the first official trailer Netflix released, but there are plenty of other juicy morsels to gather.
In one scene, Lorelai and Rory hit the pool, and in another, they discuss the younger Gilmore’s underwear situation, which seems to be a running thread throughout the four-part revival. (If you remember, we teased these very moments back in October!) Babette berates Rory for being part of the thirty-something generation knocked down by the world and living back in their old rooms. Paris is kicking in a bathroom door—that’s so Paris of her. And there are even more shots of Jess. You may have to pause very quickly to see them, but let us tell you, it’s *so* worth it.
