Taylor Swift Releases Commercial for New Fragrance

Taylor Swift is expanding her hold on the mass market by introducing her new perfume, Wonderstruck, recently launched at Macy’s department stores.

The commercial for the fragrance is classic Taylor Swift, laden with a fairy tale setting, golden chandeliers, shimmery lights, ruby red lips and a romantic gown by Christian Siriano.

The 33-second commercial is punctuated by Swift’s song “Enchanted” playing in the background, which served as her inspiration for the name of the fragrance.

The scent layers hints of raspberry, apple blossom, golden amber and sandalwood, which Swift hopes will serve as an intangible recreation of consumers’ most memorable experiences.

“A fragrance can help shape someone’s first impression and memory of you. It’s exciting to think that Wonderstruck will play a role in creating some of those memories,” Swift said when she announced plans for the fragrance in July.
