SZA Brought Out Phoebe & Cardi At Her Concert & Fans Lost It

Since the initial announcement, SZA’s SOS Tour has been one of the most anticipated tours of 2023. It kicked off on Feb. 21 in Columbus, Ohio, and will end on March 22 in Los Angeles. In addition to SZA’s performance being a hot topic of conversation, fans are impressed by the set design, props, and visual background for the tour. The SOS album has been on Billboard’s 200 album chart for 10 weeks straight, and just last week, SZA was named Billboard’s Woman of the Year. It’s safe to say 2023 is looking like SZA’s year.

On March 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, SZA upped the ante. According to Billboard, the crowd erupted when Phoebe Bridgers came onstage to perform “Ghost In the Machine,” her song with SZA on SOS. The performance ended with the two praising each other, and SZA screamed, “Phoebe f*cking Bridgers.”

And if you weren’t already jealous enough, Cardi B showed up at the same concert. She performed “I Do,” her 2018 collab with SZA, and her feature on GloRilla’s 2022 hit single “Tomorrow 2.” SZA praised her, “This queen is so kind to even take time with two children and a bajillion-dollar career to come here.” What an iconic night.

Fans, both online and in the crowd, went crazy. Here’s what they (including Cardi B herself) had to say on Twitter.

Let this be the push you need to see SZA in your city. You never know who she may bring out.
