Holly’s tips:
“In order to make progress in fitness, and to see new changes, it’s imperative to introduce new variables to the body. If you don’t change up your fitness routine, you’re body will respond less and less as the time continues. The truth is, if you have been doing the same workout, your body will be adjusted and stale in just 6 weeks. In order to keep your body in tip top shape, try this: Sit down and plan out a general workout program for 6 weeks. Be varied in your workout modes and choose a mixture of workouts such as walking, jogging, Elliptical, yoga, kick boxing, strength training, boot camp. Then plot your desired activities on a calendar and follow this workout program for 6 weeks.”
