‘Stranger Things’ Actor David Harbour Got To Live Out His Dream Of Dancing With Penguins In Antarctica

Actor David Harbour became an overnight success after he took on the role of Chief Hopper in Netflix’s smash series, Stranger Things. Going from almost no Twitter followers to social media superstar has made Harbour a favorite among hardcore Stranger Things fans (I mean, he’s even admitted to reading Stranger Things fan-fiction!). And his dancing skills are legendary.

Well, David Harbour has once again managed to break the internet.

Last month, Harbour asked a very important question: how many retweets would it take to get him the opportunity to dance with penguins?

Environmental organization Greenpeace was quick to respond: 200,000. Harbour eventually got those retweets and has been patiently waiting for the last month for his opportunity to meet the adorable penguins.

Finally, he did! And being the fantastic guy that he is, he used his once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to highlight the importance of protecting the environment.

Even in promoting a good cause, Harbour didn’t lose sight of why he was there, and he eventually gave the people what they wanted: him dancing with penguins. Check out the video below!
