The Wiggles used to plague my TV screen 24/7 as a child. I mean “Wake Up, Jeff!” was literally my anthem and they had a lot of other bops. Though, these days, The Wiggles are completely different with new, young, and diverse members, including the walking thirst trap that is the Purple Wiggle. Before you get too excited though, I do have to be the bearer of bad news: The Purple Wiggle is married.
Whether you know who the Wiggles are or not, you’ve had to have seen at least one of the Purple Wiggle’s videos. People online are shocked, to say the least at how good-looking the Purple Wiggle is. This new discovery has people of all ages tuning into The Wiggles to see their new crush. TikTok is thirsting hard: dueting, stitching, and watching his videos.
Through TikTok, I was first introduced to the new generation of The Wiggles. In 2021, The Wiggles expanded their group from four to eight. The change came about because the group wanted to be more inclusive for their new YouTube series Fruit Salad TV. And like everyone else, my FYP has been graced with videos from the Purple Wiggle, whose real name is John Adamo Pearce. TikTok is full of Wiggles content featuring Pearce, from the ‘excuse me bruh’ Zoolander trend to behind-the-scenes videos backstage with the other Wiggles. However, it didn’t take long in my TikTok scroll to discover that Pearce is married! Looking at his account, I immediately found a cute video of the two with #coupledance and the caption “lazy Sunday dance with the wifey” as they did a fun dance together. Who Is John Adamo Pearce married to?
First things first, I love this woman! Jessie Louise Adamo Pearce is a fashion buyer in Australia, and just from a glance at her Instagram, she passes the vibe check. I’m guessing from her career as a fashion buyer she knows a thing or two about aesthetics because her Instagram account not only has a cute color scheme, but the photos are a mix of photography, family, and gorgeous fashion pieces.
Diving a little deeper, Pearce has many highlights on her Instagram that perfectly walk followers down memory lane with big moments from her life. The biggest one? Oct. 19, 2019: the date the two got married. The IG highlights include videos of family members partying and stunning photos from the magical day.
Not much else is out there about Mrs. Pearce, which is totally understandable because we are not entitled to her whole life story. But, all this is to say that I’m no longer a fan of the Purple Wiggle: I’m a fan of the whole Pearce family at this point. They are an adorable couple with an interesting lifestyle that continues to intrigue me and TikTok, too. So, the next time you see the Purple Wiggle on your FYP, remember that he is a husband, father, and overall family man with great videos, some of which include his cute family.
