Thanks to shows and movies like The Summer I Turned Pretty and the To All The Boys I Loved Before franchise, I’m a sucker for a good love triangle, and My Life With The Walter Boys is bound to be right up my alley. Netflix released the first official trailer for the series on Nov. 8, and TBH, it looks so good.
The trailer puts My Life With The Walter Boys in the running to be another feel-good series of 2023, especially with its adorable cast and intriguing plot. The series is based off a popular Wattpad novel by Ali Novak that turned into a published book in 2014. It comes from the producers of The Kissing Booth trilogy, so you know it’s a must-watch series.

My Life With The Walter Boys follows 15-year-old Jackie Howard who moves to rural Colorado from New York City after losing her family in a tragic accident.
Jackie goes to live with her mother’s best friend, Katherine, who’s raising 10 kids with her husband, George. While settling into her new home in Colorado, Jackie is determined to stay focused on her dream of getting into Princeton. But keeping her head in the books becomes challenging when she starts developing feelings for two of the Walter brothers: the reliable and bookish Alex, and the mysterious and troubled Cole.

My Life With The Walter Boys has a stacked cast. On My Block’s Nikki Rodriguez stars as Jackie, who Netflix describes as “preppy, bright and motivated, with a love of ballet and theater. She has her future planned — AP classes and a college career at Princeton — but her entire world is flipped upside down after the tragic accident, forcing her to adjust to a brand-new life. She’s determined to get back to the East Coast without letting anything — or anyone — distract her.”
The series also stars Noah LaLonde as Cole Walter, the oldest Walter Boy, and Ashby Gentry as Alex Walter. Though both brothers are completely different from each other, they find themselves in a love triangle with Jackie.
