Did Megan Thee Stallion & Pardi Break Up? She Was Spotted With A Potential New Man

It looks like Megan the Stallion will be having a hot girl summer this year, but possibly with a new man. Megan Thee Stallion was seen this past Memorial Day weekend with Belgium soccer player Romelu Lukaku in Lake Como, Italy. They were seen standing close together at Lukaku’s teammate Lautaro Martinez’s wedding. Megan showed out in a stunning, form-fitting, olive green dress while Lukaku wore a tailored gray suit.

Fans on social media have been calling this recent Meg Thee Stallion sighting a “soft launch” of her relationship with Lukaku, which would have to mean there was an official split from her long-term boyfriend, Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine. So, did Megan and Pardi break up?

Numerous fans and news sources have been in shambles trying to decipher whether Megan and Pardi are still together. As of publication, neither party has publicly spoken on their relationship status.

This Meg and Lukaku sighting is not the first indication that Megan may have called it quits with Pardi. Although it’s unclear whether or not Megan and Lukaku are in a relationship, there is more clarity regarding Megan and Pardi’s current status. Evidence gathered by numerous fans on social media shows that both parties may have given signs that they’re no longer together.

Fans have been convinced that Megan and Pardi broke up as early as February 2023, when they noticed that Megan unfollowed the rapper on Instagram. After apparently unfollowing Pardi, reports say Megan slowly began to delete pictures of him off her feed.

On May 10, Pardi shared a video on Instagram of him reciting a poem. Despite his poem not naming Megan directly in the video, he described the “beautiful woman” as being a survivor rather than a victim. (The two started dating a few months after Megan was shot by Tory Lanez in the summer of 2020 — they confirmed their romance in February 2021. During the shooting trial, Megan revealed that Fontaine was embarrassed by her sexual history being played out to the public.) Shortly after Pardi’s post, fans pointed out that the two were not following each other, and believed the poem was an attempt to win Megan back.

Megan being seen with Lukaku only adds fuel to the fire of a possible breakup with Pardi. Should fans be ready for an official relationship breakup announcement? Only time will tell.
