If you aren’t following Love Is Blind you are totally missing out because this has been a drama-packed season, and we have a few scandals on our hands, on and off camera. Seriously, the Love Is Blind Season 6 drama is intense right now.
If you aren’t following the hit reality show, Love Is Blind is a social experiment show that premiered on Netflix for the first time on Feb. 13, 2020. The social experiment involves seeing if people who have never met face to face can fall in love. The show features contestants who get the chance to talk, flirt, and ultimately fall in love while they are placed in soundproof pods without physically seeing each other. The drama mainly starts when the couples get to leave the safety of their pods and meet in person to see if their budding romance can thrive in the real world.
IMHO, this is by far the most scandalous season we have seen yet. Every couple has their own gossipworthy moments that need to be discussed. Here is the rundown of all the Love Is Blind Season 6 drama. dirty things going on this season.
- The Chelsea and Megan Fox discourse.

One of the first notable scandals was the Megan Fox scandal starting all the way back in episode 1. This involved couple Chelsea and Jimmy after Chelsea compared herself to looking like Megan Fox. She claimed friends had told her that she resembled Megan Fox because of her dark hair and light eyes, while she did state that she did not see the resemblance. Many fans criticized this saying she was catfishing Jimmy, but he came to her defense. It’s the least he could do.
- The Amy and Johnny birth control conversation.

Couple Amy and Johnny have been by far the least problematic on the show and arguably the cutest couple with them only both having feelings for each other since the very beginning. They had a moment of a possible scandal with a disagreement on birth control. Amy had stated she did not have an interest in using any forms of birth control, while Johnny stated he wanted to wait to have kids. The pair ended this disagreement by deciding to discuss their options more in the future (and probably off-camera).

The pairing of Amber Desiree “AD” and Clay was one that definitely had some fiery chemistry from the start, but with this season, even the cutest couples couldn’t escape some form of drama. Clay was seen asking AD way too many questions about her physical appearance, which is not the point of the experiment. He was also shown telling another contestant all the same flirty lines he was saying to AD — totally a red flag if you ask me.

The TikTok drama that broke the fandom, TBH. On Feb. 22, Love Is Blind‘s favorite cast member, Trevor, found himself in hot water after being accused of having a relationship while the show was filming. While Trevor hasn’t responded to Her Campus for comment, nor has he acknowledged the claims, the texts spread around social media like wildfire.

Throughout the season we see Jeramey start falling for Sara Ann and Laura at the same time, which is just a recipe for a classic love triangle moment. Jeramey even confided in Sara Ann that he would take her to his late father’s grave when the show was over, so it seemed like they were very serious. Even after all of this Jeramey broke things off with her to follow his heart and be with Laura and the pair then got engaged.
I definitely wouldn’t say it was a steady relationship and Jeramey was raising a lot of red flags, including when he confided in Laura that he still wanted to be friends with Sara Ann after their split. After the engagement honeymoon shared with Laura and Jeramey, Laura found an alarming text message sent from Sara Ann to Jeremy via Instagram. According to Today, the message read, “Glad to see you’re home. I wanted to reach out and thank you for the experience we shared together. Getting to know you, opening up to you, meant so much. I genuinely hope you’re happy. If there’s ever a chance your mind is shifting in your choice, I would love the opportunity to meet you, regardless of whatever way you go.” A major red flag was definitely raised, and Laura was not having it.
The engaged couple had their final fight that led to the split when Laura accused Jeramey of cheating with Sara Ann. Laura confronts Jeramey when he gets home at 5 a.m. instead of 2 a.m. when the bars closed, leaving a pretty big gap of time to be unattended. Jeramey came to his own defense saying Sara Ann came up to him at a bar that he was at with his friends and gave him a hug. Her Campus reached out to Jeramy for comment, but did not hear back at the time of publication.

Finally, there’s another bit of drama that involves Jeramy: the fact that he was engaged before appearing on the show. On Feb. 22, TikTok user @storytimewithrikkii shared a picture of Jeramey, his (alleged) ex-fiance, and her son was posted to a Love Is Blind Facebook group by the ex-fiance’s mom, Jeni Gelven Daniel.
In the comment section under the photo, Daniel revealed that the picture was taken in 2020 and that Jeramey had moved out at the end of 2022, with Season 6 being filmed in February or March of 2023. Her Campus reached out to Jeramey’s team for comment but did not hear back by the time of publication.
Season 6 of Love Is Blind is by far the most drama-packed season we have seen yet. With there still being three episodes left of the show, I am sure we are all wondering how everything will all play out, and if there can possibly be any more drama. We are still patiently waiting to see which couples will get through the season and make it down the altar, but with all of these scandals arising, we will definitely all be on the edge of our seats to see how the next few episodes will play out.
