In her interview in British GQ, the actress who skyrocketed to worldwide fame in the Twilight films, finally admitted that she is, in fact dating her co-star Robert Pattinson. The news didn’t come as a surprise to most fans. The couple has been seen out together on more than a few occasions, kissing in restaurants and bars. Kristen discussed a few interesting things in the GQ interview, including some not so nice comments about her fans, and her thoughts on where her career has taken her but what the public has zoned in on was her comment about her “English boyfriend.” After her slip up, Kristen quickly said, “”I never would have said that if I knew you were interviewing me.”
When asked about keeping their relationship undercover for such a long time, Kristen admitted, “”It’s just one of those things. I’m selfish. I’m like, ‘That’s mine!’ And I like to keep whatever is mine remaining that way.” She continued with, “It’s a funny little game to play and it’s a slippery slope. I always say to myself I’m never going to give anything away because there’s never any point or benefit for me.” Kristen even said that her preference of keeping her personal life under wraps would continue into motherhood, “I guarantee whenever I get married or have a baby, everyone is going to want to know my kid’s name and I’m not going to say it for ages.”
