Justin Bieber is Being Sued For Breaking This Guy’s Phone

After performing in Houston on April 9th, Justin Bieber decided to go out and explore the city. He ended up at Cle nightclub, where he tried to use a beer bong to partake in a drink. Now, Bieber is being sued for what occurred during his eventful night out.

According to the lawsuit, bystander Robert Earl Morgan, who was also at Cle that night, pulled out his phone when he saw Justin preparing to use the beer bong. It’s hard to blame the guy, especially knowing that if we were at the same nightclub as Justin, we would want documentation, too! As almost anyone would, Morgan thought the video would be perfect for Snapchat.

Sadly, Biebs had a bit of a mishap with the beer bong, spilling beer all over himself. Justin quickly became alarmed when he realized Morgan was filming the whole thing. He was apparently so angry that he took Morgan’s cell phone, smashed it into pieces and had Morgan thrown out by his security team.

Morgan is now claiming that the damage done to his phone caused him to lose all of his photos, even those from his grandmother’s 100th birthday. So obviously as a result, Morgan is suing Bieber for $75,000. Maybe this ridiculousness can all be fixed with a simple “sorry”?
