Jazz Jennings is the First Transgender Face of Clean & Clear

If you haven’t heard about Jazz Jennings yet, you’re way behind. This transgender teen has been on Time‘s list of The 25 Most Influential Teens of 2014, the Out 100 list, and The Advocate‘s 40 Under 40 list. The 14-year-old YouTube star even released a children’s book about her journey in 2014 called I Am Jazz. Now, Jazz has landed a role as the face of Clean & Clear’s “See The Real Me” campaign. Check her out below in a short video for the campaign as she talks about “being your true self.”

This isn’t the only place that you’ll be seeing Jazz in the coming months. She will also star in a new TLC series called “All About Jazz,” which is set to come out this summer. “I thought doing this show with TLC would be a great opportunity to spread my family’s message of love, tolerance and acceptance,” Jazz told Broward Palm Beach New Times in an interview. “This TV series will be a whole new level so I can reach more people.”

When she isn’t on camera, Jazz also makes mermaid tails out of silicone in an effort to raise money for transgender youth. She’s pretty incredible. Congratulations, Jazz! Keep slaying, girl!
