For multiple reasons, Taylor Swift wasn’t the main source of big moments on Jan. 21 at the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Buffalo Bills — it was Travis Kelce’s older brother and biggest fan, Jason Kelce. Jan. 15 marked Jason’s last game himself, ending with a loss in the NFC Wild Card Round with the Philadelphia Eagles. The center announced his retirement soon after the loss, but that wasn’t going to be his last time in a football stadium. Instead, he flew to Buffalo and watched from a box with his family, cheering on his younger brother Travis.
When the younger Kelce brother scored a touchdown in the first half, Jason Kelce celebrated by ripping his shirt off in 20-degree weather and shotgunning beers — sounds like retirement is treating him well. The brotherly love was shown throughout the entire game, as cameras from all angles didn’t miss a thing. Memes on social media were quickly drafted about reactions to Jason’s funny shirtless moment from those in the suites. Everyone in the suite couldn’t believe his outrageous stunt — especially his wife, Kylie Kelce, and Taylor Swift herself. However, the surprise did not stop there. This game was full of surprises and bombshells, thanks to Jason Kelce.
The reactions from Kylie Kelce were hilarious. She acted as if Kelce taking his shirt off to celebrate was a normal occasion. Her look is giving, “He does this stuff all the time.”

I too, would be jumping up and down (maybe with my clothes on, but I understand Jason’s level of excitement). After scoring, Travis Kelce threw the football to fans, blew a kiss and made a hand heart, signaling it up to where Swift was sitting.
Seconds later is when the Jason Kelce fiasco occurred. Travis Kelce’s number one hype man ripped his shirt off in true older brother fashion.
As if Jason couldn’t get any more wild, he proceeded to chug a beer and jump into the stands below his suite. Even the NFL posted this moment on Instagram with the caption, “We have reached peak Jason Kelce.”
Taylor Swift was shocked to see this — her reaction initiated that she was loving every minute of it. When Travis Kelce made the touchdown, she and Brittany Mahomes, her new bestie, grabbed one another and jumped with disbelief while the Chiefs were in the lead. I could only hope that someone would hype me up as much as Jason Kelce hyped up his younger brother at his win.
