Two days before the series premiere of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Netflix has released the series’ opening scene and it’s absolutely spook-static!
The bewitching opening credits are styled to mimic the Archie Comics, which the series will be based on. If the comic sounds familiar to you that is because our beloved Riverdale is also based off these comics.

The 10-episode season will follow the adventures of Sabrina Spellman (played by Kiernan Shipka), a witch who is half-mortal. On her 16th birthday, she has to choose between the human world and the world of witchcraft. If you watched the trailer, then you know that she ultimately does not choose between her worlds and chaos ensues. Even though the show has yet to premiere, a season two is already in the works.
The series will premiere on Friday at 3 a.m. on Netflix. If you need me, I’ll be on the couch binging the hell of out this wicked and spellbinding show.
