For One Night Only, Adele Is Coming To A TV Screen Near You

It’s been six long years since the release of Adele’s award-winning album, 25, but the wait is finally over — Adele is back to ring in a new era of heartbreak with 30, which drops on November 19. And while the weeklong wait until the release may feel like forever, she’s giving fans a little something to hold them over — the Grammy-winning singer will be premiering a TV concert special on CBS, Adele One Night Only. The special, premiering on Sunday, November 14, will be her first time performing the new tracks live.

30 is at the forefront of the “sad girl fall” movement happening in music among female artists right now. Speaking to Vogue about her divorce and how she poured those feelings into her songwriting process, Adele said, “It’s sensitive for me, this record, just in how much I love it. … I always say that 21 doesn’t belong to me anymore. Everyone else took it into their hearts so much. I’m not letting go of this one. This is my album. I want to share myself with everyone, but I don’t think I’ll ever let this one go.” It sounds like 30 will be an emotional roller coaster, and frankly, I’m ready.

Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch Adele One Night Only.

the special airs on november 14

The special airs on CBS on Sunday, November 14, at 8:30 p.m. EST.

No one has cable anymore, so here’s how to stream it online

Don’t have CBS? No worries — you can still stream the special through Paramount+, both live and on-demand. Plans for Paramount+ start at $5 a month, though you do get a seven-day free trial when you sign up. (And pssst: students get a 25% discount.) You can also stream the special live on Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and fuboTV, all of which are $65 a month.

the setlist includes both old and new songs

Since the special premieres almost a week before 30’s official release, it’s our first glimpse at the new tracks that will join the already chart-topping single “Easy On Me.” However, Adele will be interspersing those new songs with some of her classic hits, so we can all sing along.

The Adele One Night Only full setlist includes fan-favorites “Hello,” “Skyfall,” “Someone Like You,” “When We Were Young,” “Make You Feel My Love,” and “Rolling In The Deep,” along with new songs “Easy On Me,” “I Drink Wine,” “Hold On,” and “Love Is A Game.”

The concert audience included some famous faces

Adele filmed the concert portion of the special back in October to a star-studded audience. According to Page Six, the celebrities at Adele One Night Only included Drake, Kris Jenner, Ellen DeGeneres, Lizzo, James Corden, Sarah Paulson, Gordon Ramsay, and Gayle King. Adele’s ex-husband Simon Konecki (whom many of the songs on 30 are presumed to be about) and son Angelo were also in attendance.

Adele will have a tell-all interview with Oprah

On November 14, Adele is also sitting down with Oprah Winfrey for an exclusive interview about the new album, which Adele previously (and iconically) told fans on an Instagram live is about “divorce, babe, divorce.” This was reportedly Adele’s first time meeting Oprah in person, but the interview is expected to touch on intimate topics, delving into both Adele’s personal life as well as the process of making the album. The interview will take place in Oprah’s rose garden at her home in Montecito.

If you’re looking to get your heart broken in time for the full experience of listening to 30, start sending out applications now — November 14 can’t come any faster.
