Her Campus Knows How To Throw A Party!!

This is a sponsored feature. All opinions are 100% from Her Campus.

Ladies…

If you are EVER in town (or even four horus away) from any other Her Campus event, YOU HAVE TO GO!

I’m SO glad I did!! And here’s why:

Last Wednesday, I got home from my internship and sat on my couch. When I logged onto my gmail account, I noticed that Windsor was on, so I sent her a quick little gchat message to let her know that I was dissapointed that I couldn’t make it to Boston that night to go to the Jack Mills/HCBU party!

Then she responded with “COME!”

… and I said “Okay.”

… and I literally packed an overnight bag, bought a ticket, went across town and loaded a bus headed for Boston in 30 minutes…

I quickly thought ‘WHAT AM I DOING?” when the bus began to pull away, but it was too late then–I was committed now, and on my way to what would soon be an AWESOME night!!

I arrived that evening at Harvard Square, where Windsor’s sweet boyfriend, Alex, picked me up and took me to Windsor’s dorm to change REALLY fast. After putting on one of Windsor’s cute skirts, my pink heels and my new HC tee, I was ready for a night on the town–BOSTON style.

The party was HUGE! The venue was amazing, the DJ, incredible–I actually got some REALLY weird looks when I shouted ‘I LOVE THIS SONG!!!’ and it was in Spanish–and I sang along to it… yeah, I sure know how to clear a room–or at least the area around me…

BUT!! I got to meet some AMAZING girls! Maura (my other Juicy sister!) was the first person I saw in the place! We quickly hugged and posed for a picture!!

Then I got to meet Annie and Stephanie who were SO sweet! (ANOTHER awkward moment for me–I hugged Stephanie like we were long lost friends and she was like ‘Hi.’ Then I realized that I might be a little TOO hercampus obsessed… once again, only me. But then we quickly became friends, so I think it ended up okay. Right, Stephanie?

I also met Nick Navarro, who I’ve spoken to MANY times on the phone because he’s the guy who really jump-started the whole Juicy Sisterhood thing! He’s SUCH a cool guy!!

But one person I do owe A LOT to for my amazing night in Boston is Windsor!! She donated her dorm for me to sleep in, let me borrow her skirt, and even bought panty hose for me before I got there! (when you pack in 10 minutes, you’ll forget something too!) Also, she knew it was my first time EVER to Boston, so she gave me a tour of Harvard the next day before I went home!

One thing all you Her Campus ladies should know is that the girls who started this and the girls (and guys!!) who work on this are INCREDIBLE people… They’re just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside and I’m so happy to be a part of it!!

Stay tuned for another blog–It’ll be about Valentines Day!! Franklin comes to see me in TWO DAYS and I’m FREAKING OUT!!
Juicy Love,
