To think that three weeks have gone by so quickly is astonishing to me! The New Balance Fitness Challenge has been a wonderful experience and I’ve learned quite a bit.
Just first wanted to say thanks to Her Campus, Holly Perkins, and New Balance. I now have the tools and the motivation to make a change in my health and fitness goals! I remember prior to this challenge I’d workout in my sweats and keep my goals to myself but now I have a strong support system and super cute fitness gear to keep me going!
I hope that I encouraged you ladies to try new things! Fitness doesn’t have to be routine and boring and you can involve your friends and significant others into your workouts! Some of my tips didn’t even feel like workouts to me so I hope you’ll try them out!
I actually got sick over the past week so this upcoming week will be dedicated to working out and toning up. I’m excited to continue on with the fitness program and hope that you all will as well! I’ve realized that I truly am capable of working out on a regular basis and eating healthy foods.
