Believe it or not, it has actually been nine years since the last Gilmore Girls episode aired on TV (and we’re still not over it). Let’s face it: that show taught us so many life lessons. Needless to say, when it was announced in January that a reboot of the hit show would be coming to Netflix, diehard fans were overjoyed. Over the past few months, fans have also been treated to photos from the set, further adding to the anticipation. From cast selfies to episode stills, the anticipation is killing us!
Now, Gilmore Girls enthusiasts have another reason to get hyped up. While stopping by The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently, Lauren Graham revealed the official title for the Netflix reboot—Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Netflix hasn’t set an official date for when the four-part revival will be available to stream, but they have released an official poster (in addition to the show title). Check it out below!
The poster says the reboot is coming soon, but we need an actual date to set in our phone calendars, TBH. And in case you happen to be one of those people who never got into the TV series, you might want to catch up before the new episodes hit Netflix. We can almost guarantee that everyone will be talking about it.
