This afternoon I got an email from someone with the TEDWomen Conference sharing this video with me! It’s Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg giving a talk about why there are so few women leaders and calling on women to step up – speak up, negotiate, ask for what you want – so that females can be the leaders they should be.
We at HC applaud this! If you aren’t already familiar with Sheryl Sandberg, you should read this incredible article about her from the New York Times earlier this fall. I also listed her as who I think should win a Glamour Women of the Year Award next year!
