I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was not as relaxing as I’d hoped (I’ve been calling it a “Non-Weekend,” since it really wasn’t any less busy than the normal week…!), but it was still fun!
As I promised earlier today, here is another installment of Coloring with Cassidy! a.k.a. me drawing out my week’s schedule…
Here’s what my schedule looks like so far:
As always, my schedule looks super busy…! But I still managed to block out chunks of time to workout!
And in the spirit of scheduling and planning things out, I’ve already thought of a few of the workouts I want to do this week, and a few of the other things I want to show/tell you in my posts! Here’s a sneak peak of a couple of the things:
1. I signed up for a personal trainer at the Emerson College gym! So someday this week I’ll have my first appointment, and I will definitely fill you in on how it goes and all of the things I learn! (hopefully this will include finally learning proper push-ups form!)
2. I will tell you a list of my Fitness Myths that you should know the truth about!
3. I’m going to do another fun scavenger hunt run!
4. I’ll finally tell you more about the snacking I’m trying to do that I mentioned last week!
