Chelsea Handler announced earlier this week via social media that she will be creating her own line of weed. Her reasoning? To survive the Trump presidency and to educate people about the possibly safe and pleasurable ways in which marijuana can be used.
Handler said in an Instagram story that marijuana is the “only f*cking thing that’s kept [her] sane” since President Trump was elected.
She even visited a marijuana farm earlier this week to learn about the experience of growing it.
“I want everyone to know that I’m going to a weed farm today. Yep. I’m gonna go pick a grow,” Handler said. “It’s called a grow for those of you who are not in the know.”
Handler is certainly not the first celebrity to start a weed line — Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg both have their own.
