I had a slight case of bulimia. I am trying to control it on my own without letting my parents or friends know. Sometimes food automatically comes up while I’m eating and so I worry I trained my body to throw up. What are the best ways to deal with this on my own?
There is no slight case of bulimia.
Binging and then throwing up the food is a serious health problem. Bulimia is a serious medical disorder that warrants medical intervention. I would strongly counsel you to seek medical professional care for this condition. It is nothing to be embarrassed about nor are you alone — many men and women are suffering from this medical condition. There maybe some issues with your swallowing and esophagus so I would strongly recommend you seek medical professional care from an eating disorder specialist. A good start maybe at your primary care health care provider.
