Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Tie the Knot!

Gossip Girl sure didn’t see this one coming!

Blake Lively, 25, and Ryan Reynolds, 35, tied the knot on Sunday in front of 60 guests in a secret ceremony outside of Charleston, South Carolina.

The venue of choice? The most romantic setting in recent movie history, of course. The duo wed at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina—the same place where The Notebook was filmed in 2004.

The Gossip Girl star wore a one-of-a-kind gown by Marchesa. According to Us Weekly, the dress had a “hand-draped silk tulle bodice adorned with crystal and rose gold embroidery.”

As for the reception, Lively’s good friend Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine) performed songs live for the wedding guests. Also in attendance were Lively’s mother and sister, and reportedly Christian Louboutin and Bette Midler.

Lively and Reynolds have been linked together since the filming of The Green Lantern in 2011. The couple got serious quickly in Fall 2011, making an effort to spend weekends together, despite their busy schedules. Earlier this year, in April, they bought a home together in Bedford, NY.

This is the first marriage for Lively, who has previously dated Leonardo DiCaprio and her Gossip Girl costar, Penn Badgley. Reynolds, on the other hand, was previously married to actress Scarlett Johansson. In 2010, after two years of marriage, the two filed for divorce.

So what do you think, collegiettes? Does this dymanic duo have what it takes to make their romance last?
