Beyoncé, the Queen of all divas, made a graceful return to the spotlight at Jay-Z’s Carnegie Hall concert in New York City last night. Wearing a form fitting, sexy red dress by Alice Temperley and fierce, sparkly shoes by Christian Louboutin, Mrs. Knowles was impossible to ignore.

The picture was posted on Beyoncé’s website to mark her first public appearance since giving birth to her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, last month. Leave it to Beyoncé to recover flawlessly in just one month from giving birth!

And while Jay-Z dedicated his entire concert to baby Blue, Beyoncé acknowledged Blue in a subtler fashion. Check out her blue nail polish and large, blue cocktail ring clearly being worn in honor of her little Dreamgirl.

Fierce, fashionable, and flawless – Beyoncé’s got the whole package and who knows what her next move will be. Personally, I can’t wait for her first public appearance with baby Blue. Now that is going to epic.
