‘Barbie’s Blooper Reel Has TikTok Obsessing Over The Movie All Over Again

Over two months after the film’s release, the world is still covered in a Barbie pink hue. Greta Gerwig’s Barbie came out on July 21 and fans are still obsessing over the camp and glam of Barbie’s world, as well as the deep messages of girlhood and the real world woven within. There was nothing like putting on a Barbiecore outfit and watching Barbie for the first time. Times were simpler in summer. Now with fall in full swing, there’s a pang of nostalgia for the Barbie-filled summer days, but Warner Bros. is giving fans a hot pink fix.

With the film’s release being two months old, there’s a Barbie-sized void fans needed to fill. Thankfully, Warner Bros. listened and gifted fans with bonus footage of the blockbuster film. From a behind-the-scenes look to blooper reels, the extra content is reigniting the love for the fan-favorite film — and TikTok is all over it. From Ryan Gosling’s improv to questionable dance moves from the Kens, the new bloopers and deleted scenes have fans obsessing over the film on TikTok all over again.

The bonus footage rolls after Barbie’s credits for one week only.

In celebration of the film’s two-month anniversary, Warner Bros. teamed up with IMAX to give fans an exclusive look at some behind-the-scenes content after rewatching the movie in theaters. Barbie will be playing at IMAX theaters for one week only, starting on Sept. 22

If you stayed after the Barbie credits the first time around hoping there would be a bonus scene and were disappointed there wasn’t, now’s your chance. For the one-week run in IMAX theaters, there will be post-credit scenes, showcasing bloopers and deleted scenes. The dedicated Barbie fans have already run to the theaters to get the first look at this bonus content. They wasted no time sharing the bloopers on social media, causing a frenzy on TikTok.

TikTokers are obsessing over the deleted scenes and blooper reel.

It wasn’t that long ago when the internet was going crazy over the Barbie movie from the authentic messages of girlhood to the addicting soundtrack. And now with the latest Barbie bloopers, social media proved once again that it’s Barbie’s world and we’re just living in it. Fans have taken to TikTok to share their reactions to the film’s bloopers. Christmas came early with this bonus content.

There are so many things to dissect in the bloopers from Margot Robbie breaking character to a Ken version of “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.” Fan-favorite moments include the movie’s Mattel CEO, played by Will Ferrel, taking shots at Barney and Kingsley Ben-Adir’s voice cracking during “I’m Just Ken.”

The real winning moment, though, was Ryan Gosling’s improv and Greta Gerwig cracking up over it. Truly an award-winning performance.

Some TikTok fans are going to see the movie for the fifth time just so they can watch the bloopers.

@xoxo__vanessa

I went to see the Barbie movie for the 5th time, just so I could watch these bloopers. And it was 100/10! 🫶🏼💗#barbiemovie #barbie #barbiebloopers #barbieimax

Though word travels fast on TikTok, you have until Sept. 29 to see the bloopers for yourself in theaters. With outtakes, cut scenes, and bloopers, the bonus footage runs six minutes — definitely worth seeing the movie for the tenth time, in my opinion. BRB, I’m heading to the theaters to pretend it’s summer again.
