Back to PCs (& Upcoming Giveaway!!!)

I am a Mac owner. A Mac lover. I scoff at PC-users. Or, I did.

I scoff no more.

This week I had the absolute pleasure of testing out the HP dv6 laptop, HPE Elite 210f desktop, and the HP 2509 monitor in HD.

I was blown away.

I haven’t worked on a PC in a long time, and the ones I have I realize now are outdated. The new HP computers look more like Apple computers! They have a centered dock like my laptop, but with an even cooler desktop. The desktop can hold links to your favorite websites, music, and photos. Instant access to Facebook, Gmail, Her Campus, and Perez Hilton for me!

Everything just looks very sleek and more user-friendly than ever. It’s a perfect upgrade for PC users (and those coming back to the PC world with our tails between our legs like myself).

The other think I loved about both the laptop and the unbelievable monitor was how crystal clear the screen was. It was definitely clearer than my TV at school. Plus the monitor on the computer is HUGE so it is a perfect TV substitute for watching DVDs and hitting up Hulu.

Lucky for you HC readers, we will be offering this complete package — laptop, monitor, and desktop for you to win very soon!!!! Keep an eye out by visiting Her Campus everyday.

The package is great because you get the desktop computer, which I find, tends to run a little faster than laptops and it is a great substitute for a TV. PLUS: the on-the-go laptop which is super light weight (another thing I was surprised by!).

Everything is valued at $1900 — a steal when you think about other laptops than cost over $2000!
