Ashton Kutcher Defends Those Affected by Trump’s Ban Because Mila Kunis Was Once a Refugee

Ashton Kutcher is mad, and for good reason. In the midst of President Trump’s immigration ban, Kutcher is bringing wife Mila Kunis into his fight for what’s right.

Kunis, who was born in Soviet Ukraine, came to the United States on a refugee visa when she was just seven years old.

In a series of tweets, Kutcher laid into Trump and tore apart his “no sense policy.”

“My wife came to this country on a refugee visa in the middle of the Cold War! My blood is boiling right now!” he wrote, later adding, “If standing for the America that doesn’t discriminate makes me a left wing actor who is out of touch. Fuck it.”

Ashton echoed his earlier sentiments when he appeared at last night’s SAG Awards, and set the tone for an evening filled with outspoken celebs.

I’m glad to see Kutcher standing up for not only his wife, but for every person who is affected by Trump’s executive order.
