Angus Cloud — Aka Fez From ‘Euphoria’ — Has Died

On July 31, Euphoria star Angus Cloud died in his home in Oakland, California, according to reports from TMZ and Variety. Cloud rose to prominence playing Fezco “Fez” O’Neill on the HBO original series, and modeled for brands like Ralph Lauren and Zara. He was 25 years old at the time of his death.

Multiple sources have reported the news, along with a statement from Cloud’s family. The statement read, “It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.”

The statement continued, “Last week, he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend. Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”

Cloud’s family closed the statement, writing, “We hope the world remembers him for his humor, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss.”

Euphoria was Cloud’s breakout role — he was scouted by production without any prior experience. Cloud also appeared in The Line, North Hollywood, and in multiple music videos for artists like Karol J, Juice WRLD, Becky G, and more. There’s no doubt the world is a little less bright without Cloud in it.
