O’Brien is a seasoned veteran who has worked on both sides of the camera, from handling lighting to reporting. She was also the only broadcast journalist allowed to travel with First Lady Laura Bush to Moscow in 2003! O’Brien has covered plenty of hot topics—such as the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, which earned her an Emmy—and mentored hundreds of young women to strive for success.
