Right now I’m on my way back to Cambridge from a family vacation to the Florida Keys. We came down here to celebrate my dad’s birthday and have had a wonderful time. Luckily there was wi-fi in the house so I was able to get all of my work done while I was here. I admit that going to the beach and working on my laptop makes me look like a total workaholic but it doesn’t feel like work when I’m doing what I love!

It’s supposed to be good luck if a butterfly lands on you. I guess my dad is pretty lucky. Maybe the butterflies knew it was his birthday.
There was a huge iguana that liked to hang out on the dock behind the house that we rented!
We fed bread to the seagulls.
The Florida Keys have the most gorgeous sunsets.
Two nights ago we chartered a sailboat and went on a sunset sail. Next on my bucket list: learn to sail!
