If you were following my Founders’ Blog posts last January, you would have seen this post, dated January 14th in which I talked about how I “really, REALLY should be working on my senior thesis” but instead was shopping online, this post, dated January 15th, in which I procrastinated by showing you my new favorite pictures, this post, also dated January 15th, where I modeled our brand new Her Campus t-shirts for everyone, this post of my shopping wish list for January 16th,, a post about my makeup staples,, and another post, dated January 18th, in which I begged HC readers to “please tell me to focus!!!”
My Senior Honors thesis is due in 5 days (unless you count today… which would make it 6 days….it’s due Friday). I’ve been working on this darn thing since last October and I am SO ready for it to be over. It’s kind of strange – when you work on something for so long, it kind of becomes a part of you. Writing a senior thesis has been a party of my daily activities now for 5 months of my life. Will I miss it when it’s gone?
If you can’t tell already, I’m procrastinating right now by writing a Founders’ Blog post when I should be spell-checking my thesis. I predict that finishing my thesis will make me very happy because it will give me more time to focus on what I REALLY love – working on Her Campus! I’ll let you know if my prediction is true in T-5(6??) days. Wish me luck!
