Mr. Campus Freshman Contest Update
Thank you for your patience as we have worked to resolve the fraudulent voting situation in the Mr. Campus Freshman Contest. After contacting the polling service company, we are unfortunately unable to determine which specific votes were cast fraudulently. Because of this, we are unable to determine the fair vote counts and declare a true winner.
We will be giving out prizes to the top three contestants and to the top five Campus Correspondents. The top three contestants and top three Campus Correspondents will receive equivalent prizes. The fourth and fifth place Campus Correspondents will receive equivalent prizes to one another. This is consistent with the way the prizes would have been allotted had the voting been fair, except that we will now be giving out equivalent rather than graduated prizes to these contestants and Campus Correspondents.
