Going on spring break is one of the easiest ways to get completely sidetracked off of your normal workout routine. It’s always hard to know where to go to get your workouts in and it’s much too hot to run outside for the majority of the day. Sure you could always wake up at the crack of dawn and go running in the cool morning breezes but let’s be real – this is spring break – that’s NOT happening.
If you haven’t followed our advice and have been guzzling Margaritas and Piña Coladas (as I’m sure many of you are doing), you’re probably adding a 2000+ calorie surplus to your daily intake. Want to combat it? Join a local gym. If you’re in LA, Miami, NYC, Norwalk, Orange County, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego or San Francisco, you should hit up Crunch Fitness for a week-long pass.
