Since graduating, I have been living at home with my parents in Newton, MA. Even though I go (oops- went- ahh!) to school super close to home in Cambridge, I hardly ever had time to go home, and I spent the past two summers interning in NYC (at Seventeen and SELF), so it’s been a while since I have really lived at home!
I keep trying to come up with something interesting to blog about, and keep failing, because the fact is that life at home is just not as exciting and interesting as life at college!
This list pretty much sums up what I have been doing at home:
- Going to the gym
- Working on Her Campus
- Watching mindless TV
- Eating low-calorie ice cream cups
- Going to sleep at a reasonable time
- Waking up at a reasonable time
- Getting frozen yogurt with my best friend Jackie
- Talking to friends from school on the phone
- Working on Her Campus
The change of pace from school is really quite startling! It is definitely nice to have time to go to the gym every day, be able to get enough sleep, and actually feel “caught up” with everything, but it is just SO different from school!
