You might have noticed the Glamour Reel Moments presented by Clarisonic ads that have been running on our site this week. That’s because it’s an amazing contest we want to make SURE HC readers are aware of.
Here’s the deal:
Glamour wants you to tell them about a moment when you were “pretty powerful”–took matters into your own hands, stood up for yourself, and felt empowered. Maybe you appealed a grade you knew was unfair, finally tackled your dream of trying out for an a cappella group, aced a tough project at your internship, or like our Lose the Freshman 15 bloggers, took charge of your health and embarked on a diet and workout plan.
Whatever it is you did, you are “pretty powerful”, and Glamour is going to pick their favorite “pretty powerful moments” to turn into short films directed by A-List actresses (past years’ winners have had their films directed by Kate Hudson, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, Demi Moore, among others!). Pretty cool!
Want to enter (yes!)? Go here and tell Glamour why you’re “pretty powerful”!
BTW: When is Glamour not doing something awesome and empowering?! We love them!
