Last Friday, my boyfriend Jason and I went over to Windsor’s apartment to play boardgames with her boyfriend Alex and two of his friends, Colin and Kim. Â All six of us LOVE boardgames, so we were pretty excited to play some of our favorite games during a fun night in!
The night started with Windsor and me making tortilla chips. Â Here we are in her cute kitchen!
I was amazed at how easy it was, and how delicious the chips turned out! Â Here’s a quick recipe for you:
You’ll need small tortilla skins, sea salt, and canola oil.  First, cut the tortilla skins into quarters.
Fill a small frying pan up to about half an inch’s depth with canola oil and turn the heat on high. Â Using tongs, place the tortilla skin quarters into the pan and fry them until they turn slightly golden brown at the edges, then flip onto the other side.
When the whole chip is golden brown on all edges, take the tongs and pick up one tortilla chip at a time, making sure to let the excess oil drip off before moving the chip to cool off on a separate plate.
Finish off by sprinkling sea salt over the chips as they’re cooling off! Â Delicious!! :)
The chips were a hit, and so were the games we played — Cranium and Yahtzee. Â We also wanted to play this obscure game called Vegas Showdown that Jason and I love, but we ran out of time. Â Not to fear — we vowed to get together to play boardgames again!

What are your favorite boardgames? Â Suggest some for us to play next time! :)
