Windsor, Annie and I are back in NYC this week (again!). We took the BoltBus here last night and are going back to Boston tomorrow morning. The BoltBus was ok except that it didn’t make a stop at all! The bus was from 4:30 to 8:45pm yesterday so we were counting on it stopping somewhere so we could pick up dinner! Unfortunately it didn’t stop at all so we were super hungry, but at least it got into NYC a half hour early at 8:15.
Then Annie did some last minute shopping at Macy’s, Windsor and her friend Chelsea went out for sushi, and I met up with my best friend Jackie who lives in NYC who I’m staying with and we got Tasti D-Lite (for Boston area HC-ers- I just heard that Tasti is coming to Newbury St. this spring!).
This morning we were back at Hearst for another meeting. Windsor got there before Annie and I did, so here is a shot of just me and Annie in the Hearst lobby!
Windsor and Annie are each at a different meeting right now while I’m back at Jackie’s apartment getting some work done! These NYC trips are productive and a lot of fun, but I get so behind on emails while I’m here!!
Tonight is the official Inc. magazine 30 Under 30 party in NYC! We are super excited to get dressed up for it and get to meet lots of the other 30 under 30 entrepreneurs, including the founders of Rent the Runway, FourSquare, LivingSocial, UrbanEscapes, The Second Glass, and more. We each get to bring a guest- Windsor’s friend Chelsea is going with her (Chelsea is Windsor’s friend from NC who was visiting her in Boston this week, so she came to NYC with us), I’m bringing my best friend Jackie, and Annie is bringing HC’s fabulous Managing Editor Cara!
