Last week I blogged about a TV obsession of mine (Say Yes to the Dress) and now I am blogging about another: Dance Your Ass Off on Oxygen (Mondays at 10pm). The show is a combination of So You Think You Can Dance and The Biggest Loser (both of which I like). Basically it’s a reality show where very overweight people who are also amazing dancers compete in dance (like on SYTYCD) and also diet and exercise in order to lose weight. The person who goes home each week is determined by a combination of their dance score and how much weight they lost that week.
It’s not exactly the most intellectual show, but if you’re like me and need some new summer TV shows because Grey’s and Desperate Housewives have ended, this might be exactly what you’re looking for :)
