My name is Rithvika Reddy, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University. As a second-year student with a strong academic foundation and a CGPA of 8.00, I’ve developed a deep interest in business strategy, market dynamics, and real-world problem-solving. My internship experience at CNGSN & Associates LLP gave me valuable exposure to corporate finance and ethical practices, while my involvement in a family-run business helped me understand the nuances of entrepreneurship and adaptability.
Outside the classroom, I’m passionate about community engagement and student-led initiatives. I’ve played an active role in organizing workshops, conclaves, and cultural events, and I enjoy creating spaces where people feel heard and included. I’m especially drawn to roles that involve collaboration, feedback, and peer support—qualities I hope to bring to the Her Campus Krea Community Outreach team. Whether it’s resolving group conflicts or facilitating open dialogue, I try to lead with empathy and a growth mindset.
In my free time, I love skating—a sport I’ve competed in at district and state levels—which has taught me discipline, resilience, and focus. I also enjoy reading business articles, participating in debates, and reflecting on how small actions can create meaningful impact.
