Yanelis Hernandez is part of the social media team at Her Campus’s UPRM chapter. She is currently in her second year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. In addition to Her Campus, she is also part of the social media team for an ongoing research project in campus.
Some of Yanelis’s personal interests include fitness, beauty, and fashion. She enjoys going to the gym and going on runs as a way to stay active and challenge herself. She also loves getting glammed up and using fashion and beauty as ways to express herself and showcase her personality.
Outside of academics, Yanelis enjoys spending time with the people she loves, exploring new places, and making the most of her college experience.
