Wilmarie Y. Hernández Franco is a writer for the Her Campus UPRRP Chapter. Some topics she focuses on are movie and book analysis, politics, fashion, concerts, and trending topics.
Currently, she's a second year at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, where she is majoring in Political Science, but is interested in doing a second major in Art History. She has two poems published in a community newspaper, "Urbe AVoz". She's also in a mentorship program in CIS, a social science center at her university, working on a project about the public education system in Puerto Rico, alongside her two mentors.
Her hobbies are movie watching and rating them on Letterboxd, taking care of her nieces and nephews, reading, writing poetry, making Pinterest boards, playing video games with her friends, and collecting anything she finds entertaining. Her biggest goals in life are to get a PhD, become a professor, and publish a poetry book.
